• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $60 USD or more within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We use trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx for shipping.
• Flat Shipping Rate: Orders under $60 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• Locations incurring additional shipping fee: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations (e.g., Canada, Bahamas, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees, that will be calculated at checkout.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
